Program Details:
Each weekly session will be a progressive journey through the chakras to release the blocks around freedom but will be structured as follows: opening & intention, breathwork and frequency tune in with sound, noetic dialogue, NLP guided meditation & distance reiki healing, closing.
Weekly Takeaways: contemplative journal questions, affirmations/mantras, recorded session, suggested reading, informative blog on specific week's focus
Weekly Circuits: 1- Introduction, Intention setting, 2- Noesis (deep discussion on belief systems around freedom & how to rewrite them), 3- Recalibration (energy work with NLP & reiki), 4- root (belief systems), 5- sacral (relationships), 6- solar plexus (personal power), 7- heart (love), 8- throat (personal truth), 9 -third eye (intuition), 10- crown (time and capacity), 11- soul star chakra & activation (Universal Trust), 12- Finale (how to hold the vibration)
Exchange Structure: Frequency: 12 weeks / Duration: 60-75 minutes / $1200
Additional Individual time is available at $50/hr.
Getting Started:
Book an “Absolute Freedom” Illumination Call with me to get started. A $50 deposit is required as a declaration of your intent to commit to your own transformation, due at end of the Illumination Call and applies to the overall balance. Payment is due up front but payment arrangements and special circumstances will be honored on a case by case basis.
